Public Offer Agreement

for the provision of information and entertainment services (Taro Service)

1. General Provisions

This document constitutes a public offer by Individual Entrepreneur Astakhova Olga Aleksandrovna (hereinafter "Provider"), addressed to any capable individual aged 18 and older (hereinafter "User"), in accordance with Articles 435, 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

The Offer is deemed accepted by the User upon payment for any Service (Article 438 of the Civil Code of the RF). Use of free features also constitutes acceptance.

2. Nature of Services

Results are AI-generated and are NOT: medical advice, psychological counseling, financial or legal advice, fortune telling, or scientifically substantiated predictions.

The Provider does NOT guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of reading results. The User agrees NOT to use results for making decisions affecting health, finances, or other significant life circumstances.

3. Payment and Refunds

Payments are processed via YooKassa (LLC "YooKassa") in Russian rubles. The Provider does not store payment card data. Each payment is made via a one-time payment link.

The Service is rendered immediately upon payment. Refunds for completed readings are not provided, except as required by applicable Russian consumer protection law. Technical failure refunds are available within 14 calendar days.

Subscriptions are paid once per period (30 days) and do NOT renew automatically. Upon early cancellation, a proportional refund is provided for unused days, less the cost of Services actually rendered. Access is retained until the end of the paid period or until the refund is processed.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Provider's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the specific Service giving rise to the claim. The Provider is not liable for decisions made based on reading results or for any indirect damages.

The Provider reserves the right to restrict or block access to the Service in case of violation of these terms, including automated data collection, fraud, or commercial use of reading results. In case of blocking an active subscription, a proportional refund for unused days is provided.

Changes to this Offer shall not worsen the User's position regarding already paid Services and active Subscriptions.

5. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ and the Privacy Policy published on taroko.online. Consent to personal data processing is provided separately during registration.

6. Provider Details
