The Service is intended for persons aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data of minors.

• Telegram data: telegram_id, name, username, profile photo
• User-provided: name, questions for readings, diary entries
• Photos: Tarot card spread images uploaded for the Photo Reading service
• Technical: IP address, device type, browser
• Payment: order ID, status, amount (card data processed by YooKassa only — we do NOT store it)
• Usage: reading history, card selections, timestamps

3. How We Use Data

• Providing personalized readings
• Processing payments and receipts
• Communication (notifications, support)
• Service improvement and analytics
• Legal compliance

4. Third-Party Sharing

• YooKassa — payment processing
• AI service — reading interpretation generation. Only anonymized query texts are transmitted — no personal data (name, Telegram ID, contacts are NOT sent). AI service servers may be located outside the Russian Federation.

Data is not shared with any other third parties, except as required by applicable law.

5. Data Retention

• Account data: while active + 3 years after deletion
• Reading history: while active + 1 year
• Payment records: 5 years (tax requirement)
• Technical logs: 6 months

6. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data. You may withdraw consent at any time — this will result in account deletion. Contact us via:
